What does this picture tell you about effective recruiting methodology?

Besides recruiting for talent, I capture visuals of recruiter(s) & recruitment booth impact, and assess recruitment advertisement.  I make recommendations to employer reps on how to improve their visual impact, recruiter impact, team efficiency, etc.

Great story behind great ART and a recruitment advertising strategy.

While at Monsanto I partnered with Bernard Hodes Advertising (Award Winning Recruitment Advertising) and actually had the Mona Lisa photographed at the Louvre in Paris (Hodes had a Paris office so access was simplified).

I said I wanted to see the cracks to show the unique antiquity of one of the most famous paintings in the world and show how a Monsanto product Saflex Interlayer protect this painting (This is a picture of a picture so the clarity is not there as it is in the original).

The Ad Copy and come-on: COULD YOUR WORK EXHIBIT AT THE LOUVRE? targeted Ph.D Research Scientists and graduate students in the top research programs, on and off campus, in the counrtry.

It was a great success in attracting quality candidates.
