As a recruiter for so many years I can identify with Wile E Coyote and his determination, dedication and focus on catching his Road Runner bird. In a way, we recruiters pursuing quality candidates, are in a never ending chase which makes it an ongoing story of stories of winning some and losing some. Setting trap-lines for candidates and chasing them down, much like the Coyote does with the Road Runner, becomes our adventure(s) in recruitment.

This photo inspired me because while it represents Wile E. Coyote's relentless pursuit of the Road Runner--for me, it also represents a recruiter's challenge. Chasing down, finding, attracting and landing quality candidates for our clients. Pure and simple.
The only difference is Wile E. Coyote will never ever catch the Road Runner and we will catch and land a decent percentage of our candidates for our clients...or die trying. Our misses my be greater than our hits, but our hits will be worth the payoff.
