Hammer Time - Lit Hammer & Hammer Thrower
Lance Deal - American Olympic Silver Medalist in the Hammer Throw demonstrates the "lit orbit of the hammer" during the throw sequence.
Lance Deal: "It was taken at a place on the Oregon coast called Bob's Creek at dusk on Easter Sunday maybe 5 or 6 years ago. It was really fun and really cold."

The "Halo" Affect presents a problem in recruiting if the preference is for hiring in the image of the "majority" particularly if there is a lack of diversity within the employee population.
Employers who embrace a diverse workforce standout. Just as employers who do not.
