As an independent recruitment consultant--I provide visual info, via photos, to employers interested in what their competitors in industry are doing.

 

And besides recruiting for talent at job fairs, I capture visuals of recruiter(s) & recruitment booth impact.  I make recommendations to reps on how to improve their visuals, recruiter efficiency, etc.

 

This recruitment booth could be better...much better in terms of effectiveness.

Interesting...Matt Charney, shown here - recruiting for Amgen in a photo I took in 2006, was just featured yesterday on the Recruiting Animal Show with the intro:  "Matt Charney - Corporate Superstar".
