Every Wednesday at noon Eastern Time, the Animal and his panel chat with a guest who has a professional connection to recruiting.
Be A Guest
If you feel a strong desire to be animalized, you must read this first. Then, if you are still gung ho, let us know.
Here is a note sent to an upcoming guest
Dear Rachel,
Here's what makes a good show. The guest does some prep (which almost never happens). She decides in advance on good topics and thinks them thru so she can speak about them without me trying to coax her and then trying to squeeze it out of her and then begging her to spill the beans and then giving up.
Yours truly, The Recruiting Animal
If you are ultra-sensitive, this is not the place for you.
Call In
Anyone can call into The Recruiting Animal Show. You don't have to be special in any way.
The Recruiting Animal might call on you by your Area Code but you are not obliged to reply or identify yourself.
If you do choose to speak, however, just remember that this show is rowdy and you might get some flak - but it really doesn't hurt. At least, not that much.
The call-in number is 646-652-2754.
Also, remember, this is a family show and there is no profanity.

I don't think you'll get much of a following for this, VM.
Comment by Valentino Martinez on February 3, 2013 at 3:24am Like all Ad Copy...it remains to be seen...if a following materializes.
Regardless, the chatter we’re creating to Guest on the Recruiting Animal show is causing an echo effect that will ricochet, reverberate, bounce and rebound onto the psyche of recruiters everywhere. And the bold ones will eventually come forward, like I and many others did, for the shear excitement and notoriety of such a unique experience.
In the recruiting community there are two extremes -- the meek and the adventurous, with everyone else in between. All are invited to share their wisdom, war stories and/or faux pas on the Recruiting Animal Show. The experience will be cathartic for most – as it should be.

The experience of the Recruiting Animal Show can be all the above and more...
