I often hear back from professionals I’ve either interviewed, job placed, or met through speaking, job fair and/or photography assignments.

The above picture came from one of those acquaintances riding a horse in Iceland.  What obviously caught my eye was the wearing of helmets on horseback.  The response was for safety reasons.  My response was:  It would just be hard to fathom John Wayne or Clint Eastwood, of Movie Cowboy fame, wearing a safety helmet while fighting the bad guys....ha!
