Pericles was a former General of the Greek Army who later became the famous Greek Orator, politician and visionary leader who ruled during Greece's Golden Age. Pericles is considered the greatest Athenian Greek Statesman of his time which was during the "Golden Age of Greece". and is also referred to as the "Age of Pericles".
