As a recruiter I say: Chicken Little was right to sound the alarm that "The Sky is Falling..." (http://www.recruitingblogs.com/forum/topics/chicken-little-was-right-the-sky-is-falling) because it apparently is -- and we have but one option, and that is to defend ourselves. Yes, recruiters will be in the forefront with those employers who will need to meet the growing threat from above by hiring, training, developing and directing R&D entities from throughout the world to create the lasers and defensive & warning mechanisms to detect, destroy and otherwise ward-off INCOMING Asteroids, Meteors, Space Junk and UFOs.
The threat is real and diabolical in its randomness and inevitability. So I say “YIPPEE KI-YAY…”
