Career treks are demanding and exhausting depending on your path, project(s), timeline, DropDeadDates, etc.

Remember to stop now and then to take in the view...embrace the team effort...appreciate the results...and get some R&R before you get back on your career trek.  Even if you're fanatical...try to enjoy the journey.
