In a scents all good recruiters follow their nose with the help of what they see and hear.  It is the sweet smell of success see seek..with our customers: candidates, clients and employers...and potential new customers. 

Call it what you want, over time, we know a good candidate when we meet one.  And sometimes we pass on a candidate when what we see and hear does not smell right.  And so it goes.
