Al Merrill replied to Tim Spagnola's discussion 'Is a recruiting reality show a good thing or a bad thing for recruiters?'
"Tim, on Jerry's point, I'm not sure most people successfully can explain or understand the nuances of the executive search/recruitment business. I had the feeling Wendy was somewhat caught up in the sound of her own voice, experience,…"

"Jason- I don't question your experience or findings, per se. As a headhunter who has a very specific target, I simple don't hear it. The people doing pipeline/volume recruiting that I don't do, I'm sure see more of this."
