Hi Alison, welcome to the site. I went to your LinkedIN profile and something struck a trigger with me. If you had some time, I think many of us would be interested in the process of delivering this information in your profile, "Provide key metrics on recruitment progress and identify ROI for the business." I would bet it would create an interesting discussion group here and I would be interested in how different Corp.Recruiters measure ROI when working with recruiters and I would also be interested in how we measure ROI internally with HM's and staff responding to recruiting efforts. Since it is your line in your profile I want to give you the opportunity to introduce it, if you like. I think it would be an interesting discussion - I will throw it out there if you decide not to, just let me know. (it might be something that is confidential material, so I could understand if it cannot be discussed possibly)
