Early on in my career as a recruiter, after the initial call with any candidate, I'd always wonder whether I had learned enough and asked the right questions. I still don't like to think that I know everything. I'd like to hear what questions recruiters here think other recruiters should be asking more often or even at all.
I haven't been visiting RB as regularly as I'd like to, so if this has been asked and answered before, feel free to move on. :)
