Hi there!! My name is Amy and I am a medical sales recruiter, oh... and I have been an oil changer and a surgeon. What's your background??
Name someone you most admire
This is tough... Chad, my husband I admire the most for obvious reasons... he's my soul mate. But I really admire my best friend Michelle who is also my business partner. We are so in tuned with life and our relationship that our recruiting styles compliment each other effortlessly which results in excellent work-life balance.
Which blogs would you recommend people read?
Not sure... haven't had much time to really dig in on the site. Being an independent, self-employed recruiter... I am always contacting new leads and working on current job orders.

I guess I should schedule sometime into my calendar to really dig in on this site and utilize the tools that it offers.
What recruiting tools can you not live without?
I can not live without my voice, internet and phone. :)

I would like to give a HUGE thanks to Slouch for mentioning in his Blog, that "us" Roller Derby Chicks (yes, I am one!) know how to reach our target market. I am looking for candidates in the Northeast.... Baltimore, Philly and looking for Arkansas. Need to have 3-5 years surgical sales experience, clean resume, top 10%, and a desire to have an aggressive quota!! Hungry!! Must have strong surgical contacts in territory.
