How do you introduce yourself to people you meet in business?: I am the Global Director of Operations with Kenexa. I managed the operations of staffing for a Fortune 500 aerospace company.

My position as Senior Recruiter on the Spherion Honeywell RPO is being eliminated (RIF). My primary focus has been recruiting for Honeywell Aero Integrated Supply Chain and Engines working from home (virtual – with DSL and landline). I have also recruited and placed candidates for other Honeywell Strategic Business Units.
