Deskside Setup/Support Agent- Permanent Opportunity in Boulder, CO!
Customer interface for 500 agents (local/remote), Setup and maintain computers (Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2003, Mac OSX Server 10.6), hardware, software, break/fix).
Testing image/software updates. Image creation/Management, Ensure systems have proper upgrades and security setting/antivirus in place. Report hardware issues for service/repair troubleshoot issues and maintain IT Ticket System in addition to assisting with Telephony troubleshooting.

Lead Workforce/Scheduling Analyst- Permanent Opportunity in Boulder, CO!!
Maintain/develop long-range resource planning models. Analyze business trends and forecast to adjust resources to meet service levels. Report/Upload/Publish results and forecast projections. Process implementation/improvements to enhance operational efficiencies.
