Is 50% of each placement too steep a price to pay?

I'm not a professional recruiter, although I've utilized them in my past work.  I find myself in a very unique position within my chosen field and need some advice.  Over the past 15 or so years, both my wife and I have committed our careers to working in the hospice arena.  Both in Senior positions, but different organizations.  Our plan was for the wife to work locally and I would take a role requiring travel as to not be competing with one another.  Longterm, we would have the funds and…See More
