What do you like best about RecruitingBlogs.com...
The challenge, excitement of helping a client or a candidate, the opportunity to be a teacher of sorts to help others.
...and what would you change and why?

It's getting harder and harder to develop new clients when all you get is a VM. I'd like to see more honesty and integrity in this business too!
