Dropping Active and Passive Candidate Labels
My first blog - ever, folks! I was listening to Recruiter's House Party last week on Blog Talk Radio, and one the hosts – Geoff Webb suggested that he would like to see “active” and “passive” labels dropped in the next year. My first blog - ever, folks! I was listening to Recruiter's House Party last week on Blog Talk Radio, and one the hosts – Geoff Webb suggested that he would like to see “active” and “passive” labels dropped in the next year. I half way agree with him, it’s so “y2k-ish!”
