Resume Database Spidering

I am relatively new to Recruiting - been on the sales side of Staffing business for a long time with only surface knowledge of recruiting. I recently started my own firm (Tech staffing) and have a partner that I use for recruiting but would like to do more on my own.Can anyone suggest a good service that searches multiple resume repositories?
