As Senior Recruiter, my role focuses on finding and acquiring top talent, as well as providing general HR support to the Edmonton Capital Region as well as sourcing strategic roles in Canada.

Hi Candace,

Salaries can range from $35K to $70K depending on the focus and full responsibilities of the recruitment role. I have just filled three corporate recruitment roles. One focused in IT sourcing, matching and on-boarding which paid $70K as a base plus MBO's. The other was a Insurance focus, specifically Acc/Ben professionals and the salary was $65K base plus 20% bonus. I hope this helps, you can call me with any questions.
