Multilingual recruitment in The Netherlands: why?

Ok, not many Dutch people here (yet). But since I tend to recruit people from all over Europe and even worldwide, I presume it might be interesting for 1 or 2 others to know about this new venture called careersinholland.com and the Dutch multi-lingual jobmarket in general.
