Finding freelance sourcers

I participated in an online training event recently and several speakers suggested the use of freelance sourcers for small recruitment firms.Is anyone familar with an organized list of sourcers offering services in the US?  Can anyone recommend sourcers they have worked with and were happy with the results?Commments on fees would also be helpful.You can contact me directly (and not via this posting) if desired via my listing on the recruiting blogs site.Thanks for any help!     See More

Chuck thanks for the comment. We use emails and yes for our sales and marketing recruiting emails we have had great succcesses. Do you have an example of types of emails  you us?
