South African executive search consultant and manager looking to meet with other recruiters from around the world in order to discuss sharing of resources. Extensive resume database and many years of experience as executive search consultant. Historically worked for two of the Big Four consulting houses and currently managing a small, streamline, technologically advanced search firm based in Pretoria with a satellite office in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Nelson Mandela and anyone else who has added significantly so not only South Africa but the rest of the world, like Oprah.

My 100G external hard drive with my database of more than 550 000 resumes !

It's refreshing to read about happenings and skills sourcing elsewhere in the world, and I am of the opinion that staffing and recruitment is fast becoming a global industry where likeminded service providers can benefit from communicating with one another.
