How do you introduce yourself to people you meet in business?

I introduce myself as I always have in all my lines of work. I approach, as i'm not the shy type at all, and reach out my right hand to introduce myself and they just follow suit normally. Over the phone, is a little different, but I speak, as well as from my initial conversation, as i've known the candidate or professional for some time. It's all about the energy, I feel.

Staffing World and The Avoidant Economy at least in this economy.

What recruiting tools can you not live without?

I couldn't live without my cell phone (smart phone) as i'm available to my candidates as much as possible.

I like reading what other ideas and information that other recruiters, or professionals in the business have to say. Listening is always important to learn new ways to keep building your career.

I'm sure there's something that i'd like to change, but at the moment, nothing is coming to mind.
