How do you introduce yourself to people you meet in business?
I introduce myself as I always have in all my lines of work. I approach, as i'm not the shy type at all, and reach out my right hand to introduce myself and they just follow suit normally. Which blogs would you recommend people read?

What recruiting tools can you not live without?
I couldn't live without my cell phone (smart phone) as i'm available to my candidates as much as possible.
