How do you introduce yourself to people you meet in business?: My professional experience began with realizing how good it felt, and how valuable it was, to assist people… you know, to be their “solutions provider” . It used to be the holidays that I booked for people, now it’s the jobs I find for them or the awesome candidates I place within their companies.
I began my career in recruitment with one of the longest-standing and best known agencies in Dublin: Atlas Personnel Group. Here I learned how to multi-task, recruit across several disciplines, and simplify all that Financial Services jargon that was thrown at me. Along the way I had so much fun and made so many good memories
After Atlas, I joined Robert Half, which is one of the biggest agencies in the world. It was here that I really found my feet amidst the cut and thrust of this competitive space.
But as I continued recruiting, new adventures beckoned me…. Specifically, Vancouver. And it is in Vancouver that I have found an agency with a difference… with heart, with soul, and with a sense of humor.
