You cannot post a job on Indeed and simplynhired and paying for clicks doesnt mean getting good candidates. When you pay for clicks, thats exactly what you get...Unfortunatley I was looking for a pediatric nurse in Dallas...not clicks.

We have used Realmatch many times, it works great. You dont have to pay unless they deliver great candidates...its pretty cool. I would not say I would only use them but they are one good source.
