I read recruiting blogs, having said that it's very hard for me to read blogs because of the negativity you frequently encounter. I'm kind of a positive person therefore looking at people that complain about nothing, fascinates me to the point I don't waste my time generally. Recruiting blogs well that's what I do for a living!

What recruiting tools can you not live without?

Telephone, a good recruiter that has a pencil, and telephone and a piece of paper can get a check.

There interesting, I especially like other recruiters I can always learn something new, especially if their individual take frequently as enlightening.
