My approach to recruiting is founded on three basic tenants: listening to people , understanding their motives and mastering the markets in which they conduct business. I do not simply "fill the slot". I find people who will fit the business and the culture in a manner that will yield long-term relationships.

My focus falls into consumer packaged goods & food products sold to retailers, club/mass, foodservice, schools and convenience stores. I assist my clients with their needs in Sales, Mmarketing & Research & Development.
