Gareth, I so agree with you. I have told many of my candidates that I want them to be sure that this is the right move for them. I tell them, "For me, it's just a fee but for you, this is your life and you're the one that has to wake…

Hmmm... I think in a great economy employer branding over the long term can certainly increase ROI. Currently, with the employment rate where it is great talent might not be that hard to come by. To Saleem's point I would hope that Companies…

I have had clients on both ends of the spectrum and I can say that with regards to diversity recruiting that the candidate feedback loop is crucial. One Diversity Manager I worked with was very savvy and knew that when he had high ptential prospect…

Candididate Care and the Employer Brand

Thanks, Chris. That is exactly my point....the hiring managers...or HR. I try to impress this on my clients. While we may be the ones on the front line, they are ones with the most to lose if their follow up is lacking.

Hi, my name is Kevin and I am the operations manager for a healthcare recruiting firm in Los Angeles, CA. I’m reaching out to you because you indicated on your profile that you were in healthcare staffing and possibly open to doing some splits. We have a lot of open job orders and offer a 50/50 fee split. Would you be open to discussing ways we could collaborate from time to time?
