I treat business as an art. Coming up with creative ideas but being able to use it as a blueprint to build , thus make a positive impact on other people's lives in a positive way excites me. I own a small recruiting firm, with a team of recruiters working with me. Small as it is, it allows me to try all my creative, ambitious, daring ideas which some failed but most succeeded. We are going global now, setting up branches in China, engaging in oursourcing, seminair, training, franchises...the potential is unlimited. I feel lucky to be a player on two biggest platforms, US and China.
