How do you introduce yourself to people you meet in business?: I supported a corporate Executive Search group within ACS Inc. here in Dallas. I generated names for the recruiters, do competitive intelligence, keep up with the industry, help with metrics in Operations, deal with vendors and keep up with best practices in recruiting itself. I developed a daily newsletter to update the recuiters on competitors and the industry trends. I develped and maintained a Shraepoint room to house all research, recruiting tools and information kits for candidates and all competitive intell.
