My name is Doug Cohen and I am a Professional Recruiter who has been recruiting in the Boston Market for the past fifteen years. I don’t rely on job boards, but rely on networking, being creative and thinking out of the box. During my career, my hires have been focused on both technical and non- technical professionals. In addition, I have experience working as both a contractor (1099/W2) and full time employee.
