I am a Professional Recruiter with eighteen years of experience in the technical, sales and now financial services. During my career I have recruited nationwide and for multisite positions.I believe in doing my homework before I start a requisition. I don’t just don’t just take the job description and run, I ask a lot of questions that provide me a better understanding of the requirements, culture and company .
My method of locating candidates is not to rely on the boards but through networking and social media-sometimes this may be a bit slower, but the quality of candidates are higher.
