Our focus is in IT staffing, software solutions, ITS (inteligent transportation systems), business process outsourcing. Please visit our web site www.SureITInc.com The role that I am looking to fill right now is that of BDM for our staffing division, our expectations are for this person is to grow the divisions marketplace presence, to engage and direct a regionalised sales team, co'ordinate efforts with corporate direction and generally promote the organisation nationally.
Compensation will be a base salary plus performance based commissions ( I'll go into greater depth later) however you can assume that as this position grows in responsiblities so will the compensation.
