I've been recruiting 5 yrs - focusing now on highly technical searches (Aerospace, Avionics, Telecommunications, Defense, Medical, Engineering, etc). I believe in Splits and belong to NPA / National Personnel Associates. If you aren't a member of a network or unsure about splits, call/email me and I'll give you the top 3 reasons why every recruiter should be in at least one network.
