I am a seasoned recruiter with experience of about 6 years in recruitment for various IT/ITES and Manufacturing companies. I am very fascinated and am working towards the concept of International Recruitment working here from India.

I am also certified as an International Recruitment Specialist from a leading company dealing in these RPO Operations.

Now, I have started with my own Recruitment Company with 5 branches in major cities in India and working for some leading domestic clients here. I am desperate to enter into the International Recruitment market and am sure that I would be able to deliver the best of the talent.

I ould be very grateful if you could guide me about how I can I venture into the market, the legalities involved and about approaching the clients!
