What do you like best about RecruitingBlogs.com...
Just started, so I don' t have an opinion yet.
...and what would you change and why?
I would change the way you connect with people. While having a network is good, having the right people in your network is better. Just adding people for the sake of adding people is like trying to be the most popular on MySpace. Now you have a big bulky contact list full of people that make no sense for you to have them as friends in the first place.
