Great Post!!  Everyone on here usually has some great ideas and fantastic stories.  I haven't really had the time to post anything as of yet because of time and military commitments.  I will be posting things in the future.  I really need to give back because everyone on recruiting blogs is giving outstanding information and a inside peak into their daily and professional lives.
