I'm a passionate staffing professional with over 11 years of experience spanning full life cycle recruiting "at the desk" to hiring, training, and managing large and highly successful recruiting and delivery teams (up to 20+ recruiters, 900+ hires/year, 500+ consultants on assignment), developing and delivering Firm-wide recruiting strategies, tools, and tactics, and competitive intelligence.

I serve as the national sourcing and recruiting thought leader and trainer for a billion dollar staffing firm, creating and delivering training nationally to all of Kforce's major field offices, from new associates to senior managers, as well as in a formal classroom setting at our Tampa, FL HQ. I am also responsible for crafting Kforce's overall sourcing and recruiting strategies, methodologies, philosophies, and tactics, with a heavy emphasis on process and technology. My primary focus is Information Technology (I.T.) consulting, however, I also serve as a resource to provide recruiting training and support for Kforce Government Solutions, Finance and Accounting, Clinical Research, Health Information Management (HIM), Scientific, and permanent placement business in all product lines as well.
