I'm a passionate staffing professional with over 11 years of experience spanning full life cycle recruiting "at the desk" to hiring, training, and managing large and highly successful recruiting and delivery teams (up to 20+ recruiters, 900+ hires/year, 500+ consultants on assignment), developing and delivering Firm-wide recruiting strategies, tools, and tactics, and competitive intelligence.

I serve as the national sourcing and recruiting thought leader and trainer for a billion dollar staffing firm, creating and delivering training nationally to all of Kforce's major field offices, from new associates to senior managers, as well as in a formal classroom setting at our Tampa, FL HQ.
