Direct Placement Freak Out! Need your help.

I recently placed a candidate in a position within a large Defense Company. The candidate went for his interviews, did great and was offered the position. The candidate got an offer letter with a very nice relo package. All was well on both sides and the candidate is scheduled to start 2-23. A while back, some genius decided to cut and paste Full job description from Recruit Alliance which caused a huge security threat to Recruit Alliance and everyone that uses it. As a result, the site was forced to ‘lock’ it’s descriptions in order to protect its intellectual properties and the integrity of the service. Rightfully so!! A Contractor's Nightmare

As more and more projects are being canceled due to lack of funding, i.e. Conoco Phillips 6 billion dollar ‘my bad’ from last month. The market is now saturated with many contractors who used to sit on their thrones made from stacks of per diem money as they got paid their “Texas money”, are now faced with the harsh realization that the very teat that used to feed from have dried up!
