I’m an independent freelance recruiter with 22 years experience. I’m a sourcing specialist. My practice is supporting client-facing recruiters by taking ownership of the recruiting components of a job order. I normally work with just 1 split partner and 1 assignment at a time. I provide superior focus, quality, and speed. I don’t advertise jobs or use resume databases. I’m a direct contact headhunting recruiter. I do my own research and create/execute strategic recruiting programs. I’m open to work with split partners who have quality job orders that require assistance finding quality candidates. A level of exclusivity and partnership is required for an effective split placement to work. My search strategies and outcomes are shared with split partners and the whole process is open and transparent. Most searches produce viable candidates within a few days or a few weeks.
