No

Open networking
How do you introduce yourself to people you meet in business?
Not what my job title says that's for sure. I don't see recruitment as a hard core sales function. Us recruiters are here to make peoples lives easier, both client and candidates. I look for where clients or candidates need a solution and offer my services to assist them and it works.

You shouldn't need to make 100 sales calls a day. You should however know your market and by having expert knowledge of what you are recruiting will then gain you trust and respect with clients / candidates alike and most of all be honest.
Name someone you most admire
David Beckham - just look at what he has acheived in his life
Which blogs would you recommend people read?
Any blog that helps you recruit better. Not every recruiter recruits the same way so it's always good to read what works for different people then get your own unique style. People buy from people. Just never stop learning..
What recruiting tools can you not live without?
There are many tools that makes our life easier to recruit but the best tool that I could not live without is my network of industry experts that I have built up. If you took away all the social network, web portals and so on you could still recruit. Take away your network and its extremely difficult.
What do you like best about RecruitingBlogs.com...
The fact you can see what works for different people, useful tips and advice that not only we can learn from but also we can refer our staff too. Different blogs will appeal to different reruiters.
...and what would you change and why?
I'm new to the site so nothing at the moment
