I’ve heard several companies mention that they use a Customer Relationship Management system such as Microsoft Dynamics or Sales Force (or exploring the possibility of developing an bespoke system in house), typically used within the Sales & Marketing function, for recruitment.  I’d be interested to hear your experience using such a system and the benefits it brought to your recruitment process.See More
