Like most recruiters, I have a LinkedIN profile, tweet regularly on Twitter, have a Facebook page, am exploring QR Codes, etc.  I was hoping that will all the new social media outlets, filling openings would be a lot easier.  Wrong is an understatement.  *Note:  I did the following WITHOUT a social media strategy.
