Jeff, I'm curious to find out what your corporate strategy and goals are for a new sourcing tool. Two of the firms you mention are ATS', not sourcing tools.

I would check out TalentHook, Jigsaw and Broadlook Techn...
No, but I have found LinkedIn and Zoominfo to be particularly useful. Also, a couple of free job portals have helped.
