Over my career ,I've developed extensive hands on experience at virtually all aspects of the operation of small and large business and profit centers (both local and multi state), from ‘start ups’ to ‘turnaround’ operations, and have conducted training sessions in Human Resources, sales, customer services, small business management and staffing.
My leadership roles have taken me to Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, educational institutions, and the direction of sales, in house and field customer service and installations team members. Have held leadership positions in industries as diverse as transportation, security, fire and access control, lighting and electrical supplies, appliances, insurance and education. With experience on ‘both sides of the table’, I’ve developed a passionate view about people and business
