John Heffron commented on Ben's blog post 'Are cover letters still necessary?'

John Heffron commented on Ben's blog post 'A tale of social recruiting, employer branding and the candidate experience'
Loved reading your story and lessons learned!  I don't think I would have handled it any differently, "mistakes" and all.  At the end of the day you are going to be spending more time at work then you will with your family…

John Heffron commented on Jerry D. Thurber's blog post '9 Steps if Considering Social Media in Background Checks'

John Heffron replied to Rayanne's discussion 'Does it Really Matter if You Love Your Work?'
I worked two years in a job that stole a piece of my soul every single day. I was doing LR for a theme park. The staff made minimum wage and the relationsjip between the union and the organization was poor at best. I now work for a non profit where…

John Heffron commented on Nikole Tutton's blog post 'Social Media and Recruiting a Diverse Workforce - Can you have both???'

John Heffron commented on Bill Boorman's blog post 'The war for other peoples talent'
