To all prospective clients:
Ever talk to a recruiter about retained search? These types of recruiters get paid for their time, and are compensated whether the positions are filled or not. Based on my experience, the biggest concern from many clients, in these cases, is the possibility that they could hire a recruiter, pay him/her for the job, and get nothing in return. It happens, and it's a valid concern.
