Converting Views To Applications

I have recently launched my jobsite www.nuclearcareersonline.com and am getting a good number of jobs and views. However I am only getting 0.5% - 1% conversion from views to applications.Please can you guys advise me on the best ways of increasing this ratio to 5-10%?Or is this the Holy Grail of jobsites?ThanksJohn UKSee More

Going International

My job site www.nuclearcareersonline.com needs to go international. I am worried about getting jobseekers from all around the world, because in the nuclear business security clearance makes it necessary for applicants to be from specific countries to be acceptable. I can see how I can get a country of residence from a jobseeker, but I am not sure how to structure the site to make it attractive to a wide range of countries.
